Established in the heart of the Black Country in 1982, GIP is now one of the largest geo-environmental and geotechnical engineering companies of its kind in the Midlands, providing a comprehensive range of ground investigation, contamination surveys and geotechnical services to a large and diverse client base. This includes major property developers, construction companies, local authorities, national and international organisations and small businesses and individual householders.

In offering a full range of both Contracting and Consulting Services, we are able to adapt our core services to meet the needs of clients as diverse as major multi disciplinary consultancies wanting our drilling expertise, to local developers looking for a full geo-environmental and geotechnical 'one stop shop'.

ABOUT US

GIP is unique in being able to offer its clients a complete service package, from the in-house drilling crews, on-site laboratory and temperature controlled storage facilities, to its geotechnical consultancy teams with in-house engineering support staff. This enables us to maintain high standards throughout the entire course of a project and gives us full accountability to our clients.

In addition to its ISO 9001 quality assurance accreditation, GIP has UKAS accredited laboratories and is certified by leading industry bodies such as CHAS and Construction Line.
